Online Registration Information
On Line Registration is closed
The only way to sign up and pay for soccer is at Edmonds Paint & Body, 1615 Hines Road, Cleburne, ask for Colby Underwood. (South of town past the Rodeo grounds)
Register your players online now and pay with PayPal! Click the online registration button to your right to begin the process. We must have one registration form per player. Also, we will need a copy of your player's birth certificate before the player can begin playing. Your coach will contact you after registration before practices are scheduled to begin.
After Friday, January 22, 8:00 pm there will be no guarantee's of player returning to existing team and each player will be on a case by case basis depending on spots available. |

Players must be four (4) years old on or before December 31, 2009 in order to play soccer in the Spring 2010 Season - No exceptions. (refer to age chart above) |

Registration Notes & Requirements |

Birth Certificates for new players |
| Mandatory that all new players are required to bring a copy of their Birth Certificate to registration or mail to CSA P.O. Box 255, Cleburne, Tx 76033. |

Team Formation Procedures |
Team Formation is based on age. We will take requests for players to play with a friend, coach, team, and carpooling considerations, but cannot guarantee those requests will be granted. Placement is based on availability. Players are placed on teams after registration closes.
All NEW players are placed in a unassigned/draft player pool for team placement. Teams are generally formed by 1) Zip Code; 2) School; 3) Neighborhood
Returning players have first priority to return to the team they played on the previous season.
A returning player that wishes to be placed on a new team must register as an unassigned player. Please add a comment in the note section, a new team is requested.
Returning players that skipped a season and wish to return to their original team can do so only if there is space available on the roster after registration closes. These players must register on time into the unassigned pool and place a request. |

Returning Players |
| Mandatory for all players to bring a copy of birth certificates to registration. If you are a returning player wanting to return to your team, be sure to register on time. |

Team Assignments |
If you are requesting a coach or team, you will be required to fill out the "Special Request" form located on the "Forms" page at www.cleburnesoccer.com. and mail another copy to: Cleburne Soccer Association, P.O. Box 255, Cleburne, Texas 76033.
No requests will be honored if the Special Request form is not at least post marked by January 16th, 2010 or received by the CSA office by January 18th, 2010. This is NOT a guarantee that you will be granted your request. These forms will be reviewed by the CSA board members and a decision will be made based on the best interest of CSA. Thank you for your understanding. |

Special Requests |
| Parents may request their child to play with a sibling. Parents may also request their child to play up one age level. Players cannot play down an age group. |

Age Verification |
| Mandatory that all players returning and new are required to bring a copy of their birth certificate to registration as to all records were destoryed by a past board member. CSA is required to keep a copy of each players state certified birth certificate (not hospital) or other government issued documentation showing birth date for a player to be added to a team. If the player was born in Texas a copy can be requested from the county courthouse. |

Financial Assistance |
| If you are requesting financial assistance, you CANNOT register online. This will require you to register at one of the "Walk-In" registrations. Please keep in mind that financial assistance is NOT guaranteed to be approved. |

Returned Check Policy |
| All checks returned to CSA as uncollected will be charged an additional $30 per check. Subsequent payments must be made with credit card or money order. Players will not be placed on a team until settled. |
